RETURNS

Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear/ damage.

Original postage costs on all orders will not be refunded, this includes cases where 'Free Shipping' has been applied. Customers will be charged for actual shipping prices, based on order weight.

All domestic UK orders from £4.50

All international orders from £10

Sparklebutt does not refund any postage, customs or tax charges. If you are returning an item from outside the UK you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which Sparklebutt will not be responsible for.

Once a return arrives to our warehouse they can take up to 5 working days to process.

EXCHANGES

Sparklebutt does not do free exchanges.

We can offer store credit once the items have been returned following the instructions above. This process can take up to 10 working days.

If a customer is in a rush and wishes to swap for another size/ colour or style faster than 10 days, we recommend return the original item for a refund and purchasing the new item separately.

I ordered these for an event. Paid extra money to have the shipping exhibited but they were accidentally sent normal shipping and arrived after my event. Store did refund my shipping fees but still disappointed the shorts didn't arrive on time. However, shorts are fantastic and good quality.
