FAQ/ RETURNS POLICY
Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear/ damage. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is received.
Sparklebutt does not refund any shipping charges. This also includes any customs or tax charges. If you are returning an item from outside the EU you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which Sparklebutt will not be responsible for.

GENERAL ORDERING INFO
Delivery within the UK is calculated on weigh and starts at £3.50 for accessories and £4.50 for smaller clothing items.
International shipping is calculated by weight and starts at £12.
All items ordered are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery from our studio in Tottenham.
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days, and should arrive within 2-4 working days (allow 5-15 working days for international orders).
Please check with us before ordering if you need something in a rush. We can often arrange express delivery.
Please notify us if your order has not been received within 14 days of order confirmation.
We accept most major credit / debit cards, including: Visa; Mastercard; Swith; and Solo.
Payments are taken through our secure Paypal page, where you can choose to pay via a Paypal account or by credit/debit card.
All information obtained during the check out process will not be shared, sold, or revealed to any entity outside of Sparklebutt. We may keep your email to send you news and information about new collections and events – please follow the unsubscribe instructions on receiving these emails if you don't choose to receive them.
Sparklebutt is a safe website, and features a secure check out and payment facility. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
