Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear/ damage.

Sparklebuttt does not offer free exchanges. See below for further details.

Postage on all orders will not be refunded, this includes cases where 'Free Shipping' has been applied. Customers will be charged for actual shipping prices, based on order weight. 

As a rough guide:

All UK orders £5

All Australian orders $10

 

International Orders:

£15 per pair of Party Pants 

£8 per pair of Shorts 

£5 per T-Shirt

Sparklebutt does not refund any postage, customs or tax charges. If you are returning an item from outside the UK or Australia you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which Sparklebutt will not be responsible for.

Please include a note/ receipt inside the package with your name and email. We highly suggest sending returns tracked, Sparklebutt takes no responsibility over returns lost in the post.

Once a return arrives to one of our warehouses they can take up to 10 working days to process.
