All orders are processed within 1 working day.
Orders to EU will incur additional tax charges on delivery. Shop via our Etsy store to avoid this tax.
RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear/ damage.
Original postage costs on all orders will not be refunded, this includes cases where 'Free Shipping' has been applied. Customers will be charged for actual shipping prices, based on order weight.
As a rough guide:
All domestic UK orders from £4.50
All international orders from £10
Sparklebutt does not refund any postage, customs or tax charges. If you are returning an item from outside the UK you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which Sparklebutt will not be responsible for.

Please include a note/ receipt inside the package with your name and email. We highly suggest sending returns tracked, Sparklebutt takes no responsibility over returns lost in the post.
Once a return arrives to our warehouse they can take up to 5 working days to process.
EXCHANGES
Sparklebutt does not do free exchanges.
We can offer store credit once the items have been returned following the instructions above. This process can take up to 10 working days.
If a customer is in a rush and wishes to swap for another size/ colour or style faster than 10 days, we recommend return the original item for a refund and purchasing the new item separately.
