AUSTRALIAN RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear/ damage.

Postage on all orders will not be refunded, this includes cases where 'Free Shipping' has been applied. Customers will be charged for actual shipping prices, based on order weight.

EXCHANGES
Sparklebutt does not do exchanges.
If a customer wishes to swap for another size/ colour or style, they will need to return the original item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
